ZB25型軟盒硬條包裝機組是中國煙草總公司引進意大利G.D公司“GDX1-4350 Pack/OW”全套技術，。該機組是貴州平水機械有限責任公司、昆明煙機集團三機有限公司、北京長城無線電廠九十年代聯合研制成功的高速卷煙包裝設備。機組由五臺設備組成(YB25/YB15/YB55/YB65/YB95)，其中：貴州平水機械有限責任公司生產主機(YB25型軟盒包裝機/YB15型卸盤機)，昆明煙機集團三機有限公司生產輔機(YB55型盒外透明紙包裝機/YB65型硬條包裝機/YB95型條外透明紙包裝機)，北京長城無線電廠生產電器。

該機組具有先進的工作原理和結構，可自動完成從煙支進給到條盒成品包裝的全部生產過程，機組采用MIRO-II微電子計算機控制系統，具有自動檢測、自動剔除和自診斷功能，可直接調整生產參數，顯示生產過程中各種故障和班產量、廢品數量、功率等。機組設備性能穩定，可靠性及有效運行率高，操作維修方便，機器壽命長，是高度機電一體化的卷煙包裝機組。
